Having received my Associate in Applied Science as an Paralegal, I can remember plenty of study groups debating this very topic. While I understand being a New York Police Officer and the danger it poses, I often think of the damage psychologically young Latino and Black men have to encounter being stopped on a daily basis and frisked. This is a small victory, an experiment as such for a certain area in the Bronx. Kudos to those who put foot to pavement utilizing resources to stop this Unconstitutional practice.
