Is this Bey's "Blue Ivy" on Stage already?

Blogs are reporting that Beyonce's famous seed "Blue Ivy" made her "onstage" debut Friday night at a show in London. But is it Blue Ivy? Either she is really tall for her age or....We don't know. Fast Forward to the 5:45 mark and see for yourself.
