What will this solve? Barney's, Macys CEO's lead Racial Profiling Forum?

High-end stores across the city will attend a “shop-and-frisk” forum spearheaded by the CEOs of Barneys and Macy’s next week, the Daily News has learned.

The citywide education session on “best practices” for retailers will be attended by Macy’s head Terry Lundgren and Barneys’ president Mark Lee — and is expected to include execs from stores like Saks, Lord & Taylor, Victoria’s Secret, Bloomingdale’s and more, a source said.

The forum grew out of meetings Lee and Lundgren had with the Rev. Al Sharpton and other National Action Network leaders after a spate of racial profiling allegations involving both stores surfaced last month.

And I say, what will this solve, when these CEO's are the ones who created the aggressive profiling tactics at their stores? Why are they playing naive like they were unaware of these issues? And ofcourse Al Sharpton is there to soften the blow. Who's side is he really on? Meanwhile, Jay Z still hasn't chose a side.
